Åsa Lie & Jadran Sturm have worked & lived together since 1989. We met at the art acadamy, Konstfack, in Stockholm. After completing our masters degree we moved to Copenhagen for 5 years. Through the years we have worked on projects and exhibited in Sweden, Greece, Denmark, Tjekkie, Greenland, Belgium, Norway, England, Netherlands, Germany, Slovenia and Italy.
Our art has no financial support from family, friends or cultural institutions. We support ourselves with regular jobs. This persistance made us independent of the art establishment and enabled us to produce art-concepts continously within our personal visions & theories.

1983-84: Goldsmith diploma, Oslo, Norway. (Followed by designing, producing & selling own silver jewellry for 2 years.)

Travelled around Europe for 2 years, and to USA for 6 months.
